CasadeSllae
Vol. IA guest dispatch from Fairlawn, SE DC

Two rooms in our SE DC home.

Two private rooms upstairs. Airbnb handles the public booking; we keep the house notes here for once you're confirmed.

We host travelers who want a real room, a clean kitchen, and a neighborhood beyond the usual DC loop.

Pick a room below and book on Airbnb. Once you're confirmed, come back for arrival, Wi-Fi, parking, checkout, and our DC guide.

The rooms

Pick your room.

Both rooms are upstairs on the second floor: Big Pippin is the larger king with private bath; Frida is the cozier room with a lounge daybed across the hall. Comfy is resting until its next chapter.

Choose a room. Use the kitchen.

That is the whole promise: a private room, a lived-in house, and enough space to join the table or keep your own pace.

What kind of stay is this?

A real home, not a hotel set.

Come for the room. Stay because the kitchen is warm, the deck is alive, and the neighborhood is part of the experience.

You can use the kitchen.

Coffee, fridge space, a clean counter, and enough room to make breakfast before DC takes the day.

You will probably meet us.

We live here, read context, and are just as happy to share a glass of wine as we are to give you quiet.

The neighborhood matters.

Capitol Hill is under 2 miles. The Riverwalk is 8-10 minutes on foot. Metrobus connects the neighborhood to Potomac Ave Metro.

Arrival details stay private.

Each room page unlocks your confirmation, access codes, Wi-Fi, parking, and checkout notes when you need them.

We live here.

This is our primary residence — Charli, Slli'm, sometimes our daughter. You'll likely meet us. The kitchen and the deck are open to you.

Quiet hours: 12am–6am.

There's an elementary school across the street. We host friends and family on the deck sometimes; we're considerate of quiet hours.

Shoes off, please.

Slippers in a basket by the front door.

No kids under 12.

Three levels, open stairs, vintage furniture, art at toddler height. Not the right fit.
